Overview
This Project is a Mall cum Multiplex. This project has total constructed area of 4,15,000 sq ft including parking
There are Eight screens in the multiplex with a seating capacity of 1800 leased out to M/s. Cinepolis India Pvt. Ltd.
There is a reserved space for a food court of 42,000 sq ft which includes a 100-seater restaurant and a gaming zone.
The Mall will be equipped with complete electro mechanical facilities for electricity. Also, the complete premises shall be centrally air conditioned.
