The Offer: For every successful referral, the referrer is eligible to receive 10 grams of gold. A referral is considered “successful” only after the Agreement of Sale for the referred customer has been generated and the initial payment has been received.

Eligibility: This offer is exclusively valid for existing Namishree customers (herein referred to as the “referrer”).

Registration: All referrals must be officially registered through the Namishree website or with our sales team. To be considered valid, the registration must be completed before the referred customer’s first visit to the project site.
In the case of the same person being referred by multiple customers, only the first registered referral will be eligible for the reward.

Offer Validity: This offer is valid for all new referrals registered on or before October 21, 2025 (Diwali).

Claiming the Reward: The gold reward can be claimed by the referrer once the referral is deemed successful as per point #3.

Cancellation Policy: Eligibility for the 10gm gold reward is voided if the referred customer cancels their property booking. Please note that all booking cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Namishree reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. The decision of the management will be final in all matters.
